Jesse Montgomery

Bio

Jesse Montgomery has been the Director of Operations at the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music since September 2023. Jesse received a Bachelor of Music degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of Oregon, and a Master of Arts Management degree from CMU's Heinz College. Prior to returning to CMU, Jesse worked for the past decade in artistic planning at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, most recently serving as Artistic Administrator. A native of San Francisco, he can be found gardening at his home in Greenfield, running in Frick Park, or visiting one of Pittsburgh's breweries.
